    The Ferguson Winter Farmers Market is open the third Saturday of each month November 2021- April 2022, 9:00 am - 12:00 pm. (11/20, 12/18, 1/15, 2/19, 3/19, & 4/16)

    This year the market will be moving back indoors! If we are full inside, there is the option of additional vendors being outside. We will provide tent, table, and chairs. Non-electric heaters are permitted.

    Vendor fee is $25 per market plus a deposit/application fee of $25 which will be applied to the last market you attend or any market where vendor cancels morning of or is a no show. If you would like to purchase a booth for the whole season in advance, the fee is $125. No deposit required for those vendors.

    Food vendors must have required health permit.

    One 8 ft table and two chairs will be provided for each vendor. Electricity is limited. Please indicate if you need electricity.(For equipment to run your booth only. Not for iPads or cell phones.)

    If you are unable to mail payment in before first market, it will be collected at the first market.
    The Winter Market is unable to take online payments.

    Trash Removal Policy: Vendors are required to dispose of their trash at the end of the market.

    For all vendors:

    I agree to follow all market rules and I understand that this application relates only to the products and equipment listed herein and that any further products or equipment will require market manager approval. I certify that the above are produced in accordance with all county, state and federal laws. I hereby voluntarily release, forever discharge, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless STL-FM, LLC from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action which are in any way connected with my participation in this activity, or my use of their equipment or facilities, arising from negligence. This release does not apply to claims arising from intentional conduct. Should Releases or anyone acting on their behalf be required to incur attorney’s fees and costs to enforce this agreement, I agree to indemnify and hold them harmless for all such fees and costs.

    The Market Manager reserves the right to decline any application or withdraw permission if the Vendor behavior or products do not reflect the intention of the market to: “Bring the highest quality products to our customers and to be a gathering place that contributes to continued community building and good neighborliness in Ferguson and North County.”
